Recently, the first phase of the STEKI Phase II project, which aims to produce 2 million units of brakes and clutches annually, has been officially completed and put into use. The STEKI Phase II project fully learned from Siemens' advanced digital intelligent factory concept, and increased the application of digitalization and intelligence in product design, production process equipment layout, quality inspection process control, product performance verification, etc. The management ability and production efficiency have been significantly improved, thereby enhancing STEKI's overall production guarantee ability and research and development ability. The STEKI Phase II project design has added 5 semi-automatic production lines and 4 fully automatic production lines, greatly improving the production efficiency and guarantee capability of high-precision, high process requirements, and high consistency industrial brake drive products and automotive electromagnetic clutch products. At the same time, the R&D laboratory has added corresponding testing equipment for high requirements in vibration, high and low temperature, ultimate performance life, and working stability in different industries.

Since its establishment, STEKI has been committed to the research and production of brake clutches. Through continuous technological innovation and process improvement, it has obtained 52 invention patents and expanded annual sales to 1 million units. Its products have a wide range of application fields, mainly including five major areas: servo motors, industrial robots, electric forklifts, AGV intelligent warehousing, and winding equipment.

The completion of the second phase of the project is an important step for STEKI in terms of technological innovation.
